What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?
Check the current seller information rather than relying on an outdated promotion elsewhere. If the final summary differs from the advertised conditions, resolve the discrepancy before proceeding.
What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?
Look for published exceptions such as a temporary closure notice. Keep follow-up messages attached to the same case when possible.
What should I include in an attachment sent to customer support?
Choose an attachment that directly illustrates the issue you describe. Avoid publicly posting private purchase details to reach support.
